add a simple URLParamSlice 
I would love to change the current URLParams() to URLParams(name string) []string to match the PostValues(name string) []string, error but that would be a big breaking changes to many servers... so stick with it.

0f113dfcda (#1554) Add support for all common compressions (write and read)

b4856d542d Cookies: Ability to set custom cookie encoders to encode the cookie's value before sent by ctx.SetCookie and ctx.SetCookieKV and cookie decoders to decode the cookie's value when retrieving from ctx.GetCookie. 8e9deec4ab Add one more browser (and 304 server) cache method using ETag and If-None-Match headers 
And replace the 'ctx.WriteWithExpiration' with simple 'ctx.Write' at 'StaticEmbeddedHandler' of core/router/fs.go, now that we have plenty of options for client cache give the end-dev the oportunity to use them or not on static embedded handlers

bc45e6444c Cleanup of some old code 
Remove the StaticCacheDuration unused package-level variable from context/context.go and /core/router/api_builder.go it should be removed a year ago, now all the cache funcs and middlewares accept their own options |  Remove duplicated header keys that are used on both context/context.go and core/router/fs.go by exporting context's one.
