Gerasimos Maropoulos	b4856d542d	Cookies: Ability to set custom cookie encoders to encode the cookie's value before sent by ctx.SetCookie and ctx.SetCookieKV and cookie decoders to decode the cookie's value when retrieving from ctx.GetCookie.
