0f113dfcda (#1554) Add support for all common compressions (write and read)

c866709acc add 'Context.Register/RemoveDependency' for registering dependencies for next handler in the chain from a common iris handler in serve-time 
And also, add a Configuration.FireEmptyFormError if end-dev wants to receive an iris.ErrEmptyForm error on missing form data on 'Context.ReadForm/ReadBody'

29deac3270 Remove the two day old crypto package, let's not confuse users between that and JWT - keep only JWT. And also, Drop older go versions support, only go1.12 and above which comes with a lot of performance improvements and security patches

b4856d542d Cookies: Ability to set custom cookie encoders to encode the cookie's value before sent by ctx.SetCookie and ctx.SetCookieKV and cookie decoders to decode the cookie's value when retrieving from ctx.GetCookie. 969c2e87d4 add Cache304 as an alternative to the server-side kataras/iris/cache middleware - it can perform better with less server overheat but it comes with a cost of 304 instead of 200 so custom clients must make that check
